Payment troubleshooting

If a payment page won’t open, is blocked, or fails after redirect, use the checklist below.

1) Browser / redirect

  • Allow pop-ups and redirects for this site.
  • Try an incognito window or another browser.
  • Disable ad-blockers temporarily for checkout.

2) Network

  • Switch Wi-Fi / mobile network and retry.
  • If you are behind a corporate proxy, try a personal network.

3) Stripe identity verification (KYC)

  • Upload a clear photo of the original document (no screenshots, no photocopies).
  • All 4 corners visible, no glare, no blur.
  • Your Stripe account details must match the document exactly.
  • If available, using a passport often passes more reliably.
